On friday and saturday, the 23rd and 24th of april 2010 Forms Of Hands 10 will happen at Grubenausbauwerkstatt at Zeche Auguste Victoria in Marl – a historical monument of the mining industry. First announced to take place at Maschinenhalle Zweckel in Gladbeck it had to be moved to the new location in Marl as the owner of the Maschinenhalle was not able to provide the venue. You will get 14 Hands label-acts on two days – besides well-known Hands projects like Mono No Aware and Orphx, the new label members like Nullgrad, Morbus M., 16Pad Noise Terrorist and 13th Monkey will play for the first time live at Forms Of Hands. On the dj side you will get two teams – on friday DJ SPUTNIK (S.K.E.T.) vs. DJ Thedi (13th MONKEY) and on saturday DJ Leif (MONO NO AWARE) vs. DJ NULLVEKTOR – on the visual side Audiophob will please your eyes.

Everything else to be happy you will get directly at the brewery-Tenne at the Elektroanschlag – next time in 2011.

An event which you definately SHOULD visit is the Elektroanschlag on March 26/27, 2010 in Altenburg / Germany – for the 11th time now – and this year with 13th Monkey!
Elektroanschlag is a small and fine industrial and noise festival in Altenburg, Thüringen (near Leipzig). Many projects and bands that will play Maschinenfest or other festivals later on will play Elektroanschlag first, so don’t miss it!

One day before the festival, on thursday, March 25, 2010, you can get in Elektroanschlag mood at the official warm-up party at the Villa Bar Altenburg. DJs: M., Jana Dark, PapaLoco, Thedi.

There are about 80.000 people living in Marburg, which is situated in the middle of Hesse, Germany. The Philipps university of Marburg is the world’s first and oldest Protestant university – and for sure worth more than one visit! You can go on a university sightseeing tour on Saturday, 14th of November 2009 – at least if you come with enough time to Marburg because your evening program is already planned: starting at 10 pm on that day you will have to be at the Kult Hallen (near the southern train station) where every two months the Rise Of The Machines will happen. A party that combines the best elements of different styles like rhythmic noise, industrial, idm, power electronics, peaktime techno, harsh noise, breakcore and tbm.
At the 14th of November even more machines will rise as we – 13th Monkey – will be the live act of the evening.
And perhaps we will meet again at the old university. Remember there should be always time for sightseeing!

Besides Thedi spinning tunes at the Globalnoisemovement event on Monday, June 1st 2009 (GNM WGT Industrialized Finale at Moritzbastei), he will also be part of a second dj date at the Wave-Gotik-Treffen 2009:

On Friday, May 29th 2009 there will be an electro/industrial-night at the Dark Flower in Leipzig. On the front floor (electro) we have the following djs: Out of Line-record company colleague Erk (Hocico), Vasi Vallis, Torben Schmidt and Dark Flower resident and owner Marko. On the second floor you will get the finest noise and industrial tunes the whole night – behind the mixer: Thedi (13th Monkey, KiEw, GNM) and also Andy (Xotox).

Am Freitag, den 29. Mai 2009 findet im Rahmen des Wave-Gotik-Treffens 2009 in Leipzig im Dark Flower ein Electro/Industrial-Abend statt. The party end of april at Villa Keferstein in Lüneburg was extremely excellent: First Uijuijui/Naomi Sample made the audience go wild with their fantastic show in the overheated and overcrowded cellar, after that we worked them out and gave them more with ou 75 minutes set and finally bassrk gave them the rest with his great drum’n'bass-set. That’s what a party should be like! The recording of the 13th Monkey set turned also out very good and was transmitted by the Rauschzeit radio show at the 30th of April in full length – cdrs and download will follow. Sadly photo taking was nearly impossible because of the front strobo lights so the only pictures we got afterwards are more of artistic nature…

At the moment we are in the studio again recording more tracks for the debut album.
